Our Agreement
Currently, our Doberman Pinschers are warranted only for the purpose of being a Guardian and not for any other purpose or reasons. No warranty is given to new owners for any special purpose or function of their dog. The new Doberman Pinscher is not to be used for any illegal or immoral activities. The new dog is not to be used for any type of puppy mill, dog farm or other mass producing operation.
Your Doberman Pinscher puppy will be sold with limited registration; unless otherwise noted or discussed.
In the event that you are unable to keep the new Doberman Pinscher for any reason, especially within the first year, please contact us and offer us FIRST chance to take the dog back. In the event that you feel you need to re-house the dog with a different family, please notify us with that information as well.
